Day 1

1. An introduction to the Geometry the branch of mathematics 

 By understanding the concept of geometry, we can be innovative and precise in designing our jewellery used for Jewellery designing.

We will learn how to use procreate app in making ellipses for rings

Day 2

Types of Rings in perspective
In this lesson we discover how to draw different styles of rings As a homework assignment you  will practice drawing signet rings with various stones and forms

Day 3

Construction and rendering of ring

Solitaire prong setting Rings in one point perspective (round, oval, emerald) &

Setting stones in perspective views

In this lesson we discover how to draw Solitaire prong setting Rings in one point perspective (round, oval, emerald) setting stones in perspective views with  round diamond and oval cuts by using the app in a smarter way and in making jewellery.Rendering Of Bands in different styles considering the light source As a homework assignment you will practice rings

Day 4

.Creation of Three stone rings in 1 point perspective & Types of rings in 2d view

In this lesson we discover how light interacts with ringsurface..etc.) and how to create a 3D-volume by depicting light and shadow using metal color palette provided . Illustrations of  various techniques to convert the rings into 3d using 1 point perspective As a homework assignment you will practice different style of rings such as cocktail ballerina bridal set bands etc for better understanding and clarity

Day 5

Grain set ring (halo rings) and perspective view of gemstones and Foreshortening of stones

In this lesson we discover how to do Illustration of Jewellery settings such as prong and grain setting by designing rings based on specific settings in the class. As a homework assignment you will practice different style of products for better understanding and clarity.

Day 6

Converting 2d rings into 3d view by using techniques on procreate

In this lesson we discover how to do beautiful rings by using techniques and gestures used in procreate such as channel and pave setting in the class. How to show metal thickness and stones in perspective view using 1 point and 2point perspective As a homework assignment you will practice different style of products for better understanding and clarity.

Day 7

Traditional jewellery decorative techniques of Mughal era.

In this lesson we discover how to do Construction and rendering of Mughal style gemstones principle of light and shadow and to do designing based on motifs, pearls and Kundan (free hand painting)  Illustrations of different types of border metals and surface textures such as enamelling, twisted wire Granulation techniques for Illustration of Mughal techniques Pearls rendering of different pearls is different shapes .. As a homework assignment you will practice different products

Day 8

Hand Painted stones  by using  customized brushes for gems

In this lesson we discover how to do Hand Painted Pave stones, Jade, Opal, Malachite, baguettes, Rendering Products of high-end brands with different blending modes and adjustments techniques by using different brushes we will assign a concept to make designs based on all stones to form a collection based designs. Construction and rendering of art nouvea style jewels full of flowing style organic shapes with gemstones,

Pearls and carved stones (free hand painting)  Create an array of basic shapes and motifs following principle of light and shadow and to do designing brooches based on enamelling techniques such as plique-a- jour transparent used in art nouveau.

Day 9

Perspective views of products: Earrings design perspective: using Isometric projections on procreate app

In this lesson we discover how to do perspective view of products by using isometric projection techniques by using different brushes we will assign designs based on thickness metal projection from side view

Day 10

Designing Bangles and bracelets with grids 

Designing your bracelets by using techniques learnt in the class and rendering of bracelets . As a result of the lesson you will draw a jewellery piece by using your hand made brushes by combining all the techniques learnt throughout the entire session.
